I’ve been seeing Dr. Gonzales regularly for a skin condition for over 2 years now. She’s been an amazing dr who listens to my concerns and tries to find a solution. Also she has great bed side manners and always sounds so warm and friendly. She takes her time explaining things and ensures I’m taken care of. Samantha Hancock is the first provider to actually TREAT my skin condition. After seeing 3 other derms, I finally found Sam. During my first appointment (through tears), I described my 2 year battle with dry, bleeding, swollen eyelids. My quality of life was pretty much nonexistent. Sam was present. She listened. She offered compassion, a diagnosis, and treatment. She didn’t give up on me like other providers had. It’s now 6 months later I have my life back. Each and every appointment, I feel like I have Sam’s undivided attention. My appointment begins right on time. I never feel rushed. My skin is getting better every month. There are no words to describe how grateful I am. Sam, thank you for being an amazingly talented PA and compassionate human being!

Today was my first visit and met with Dr Gonzales. I was very impressed. Quick processing and very little wait to see the Dr. She was a good listener, inspected the area and determined it needed to be treated then and there. Clear expectations were set from the treatment and have set up a full body exam with annual visits planned future. If you want a good doctor that cares, takes time to explain your symptoms and treatment I recommend Dr Gonzales.
