Sam is amazing! Five stars for Sam and her bedside manner! She's thorough and patient and wise. Our skin, mine and my son's? Never better. I sent several others to Sam. However, it's difficult to get to Sam with a question or an issue. The front office was rude and short the first time but kind and helpful the next time. Then they let me make an appointment on the phone for my son, but wouldn't let me cancel it without updating legal paperwork I thought they already had? How did we leave the office without the necessary paperwork in place to best access our new derm? While the derm treatment part, Sam and her assistants, are top notch, getting to her through office procedures, paperwork, confusing website, and unhelpful office staff were a real challenge.

Dr. Gonzales is a superb Dermatologist! Her detailed examination is wrapped in delightful exam table (bedside) manner. I highly recommend her if you need help.

Maham is great. I have been seeing her for a long time to address problems with my skin. Every time I visit she listens to all of my concerns and addresses all of them. She creates a comfortable environment for me to address concerns and is very knowledgable about different treatment plans. She has never been pushy or dismissive.

Dr. Bembry is kind, straight and to the point. You know she actually cares about her patients and their concerns.

Dr. Bremby actually took the time to thoroughly examine my scalp and discuss options. This is much more than my last dermatologist did over at Anne Arundel who didn't even look at my entire scalp and said I was fine. It's always worth getting a second opinion and I'm glad I did with Dr. Bremby. Her office staff is also amazing and attentive. I highly recommend.

Really loved Dr. Bembry. She is wonderful. She listens to you and she is very thorough. However, getting help from the medical assistants phone number is very very difficult. My husband has already called 4 times and we still don't have the prescription he needs for his toe nail.

I had two ED&C's done by PA Maham and both went well. I've been seeing Maham for a couple of years and have always been impressed by her thoroughness and her explanation of each procedure. The last two visits, I've also had the pleasure of meeting her assistant, Katherine. Kudos to her also!

Dr. Raina Bembry is engaged, professional, and pleasant. She answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, and took the time to describe the procedure (freezing a benign keratosis) and its aftermath so that I had the context and potential consequences all in hand. I highly recommend her.

Sam's interaction is both professional and friendly. Many times she has found suspicious looking spots on my skin I hadn't even noticed that turned out to be early skin cancers. She is thorough, skilled and a real pleasure.

There was a five minute wait until I was seen. The staff was great we discussed my issues picture were taken of my skin conditions, Maham discussed my issues with me, and told me what she was going to prescribe and how it show work in reliving my pain and itching, I go back to see her April 1 st. I received a call today telling me the results of a test that was done, ask how I was and told them the prescribed crème was working great. Everyone was great, they had concern about my issues and very understanding. I would recommend them to anyone needed a good dermatologist.

In my previous review of Dr Kelley Redbord, I forgot a huge quailty impression she left with me. My procedure was early afternoon. She called me in the evening (left a voicemail) to check on me. I texted her and we exchanged a few texts. It was impressive to me she followed up with me. Mike S

Dr. Kelley Redbord performed my MOHs surgery last month. She, like Dr. Derwae was professional, empathetic, kind, informitive, direct and listed to and answered my questions and concerns. I am thankful she was able to remove my skin cancer spot and with minimal scarring. (face) I know it's only been a month, but the area where she removed the spot looks very good and time on my side that it will look even better in the near future. Dr. Redbord equally restored my faith that there are quality doctors out there and somewhere along the lines incorporates quality bed side manners with patients. To find, not one, but two doctors that have incredibly the qualities I desribed is a blessing to say the least. AND both in the same practice ! Highly recommend !! Mike S

My entire life, I have always been uncomfortable and distrusted Doctors, regardless of what type of Dr. In my first visit with Dr. Derwae, she immediately made me feel comfortable, relaxed and someone I could actually trust. She inquired and listened to my reasons and fears of doctors. She took the time to listen, converse and empathize. She treated me with professionalism, respect and compassion. She attempted to sugar coat some things, but I insisted on her being a straight shooter ( very direct). She complied but to my original (meeting her) surprise, she showed the bed side manner that seems to be a lost art within the Doctor fields. I highly recommend her !!! Samantha Hancock is the first provider to actually TREAT my skin condition. After seeing 3 other derms, I finally found Sam. During my first appointment (through tears), I described my 2 year battle with dry, bleeding, swollen eyelids. My quality of life was pretty much nonexistent. Sam was present. She listened. Today was my first visit and met with Dr Gonzales. I was very impressed. Quick processing and very little wait to see the Dr. She was a good listener, inspected the area and determined it needed to be treated then and there. Clear expectations were set from the treatment and have set up a full body exam with annual visits planned future.
